Kim Osborne, PT, DPT was born a Yankee at West Point, New York. She emigrated to the southwest at the age of eight when her father was assigned to Holloman Air Force Base. She attended The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, the University of Indianapolis and Texas Tech University Health Sciences
Center. She holds bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees in physical therapy. Kim owns Therapy Services Associates, PC a company providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy to Lea County since 1985. As an active Lovington Rotarian, she has held multiple offices in the club. Kim has lived in Lovington since 1979 when she married her high school sweetheart, Ed. Ed was the Lovington High School band director for 28 years; this led to Kim sponsoring the high school color guard. They have two children, Eric, a student at Eastern New Mexico University studying biology and coaching; and a daughter, Amy, attending New Mexico Junior College School of Cosmetology.
